Finding My Dao was born from rebuilding a life after uncertainty, relocation, emotional exhaustion and personal loss.
My story
Hi, I'm Vanesa Victoria.
A few years ago I lost the structure of my own life: relocation, emotional exhaustion and personal loss — all at once. I know what it is like to keep functioning while everything underneath feels unstable.
What rebuilt me was not positivity. It was structure: habits, emotional clarity, and a system I built step by step to create stability again. That system is now the framework I use with the women I work with.
I offer real, honest, grounded systems for real life changes — active listening, genuine support, and practical tools from psychology and coaching that help you move forward. Not perfectly. But forward.
Before Finding My Dao, I spent years working in international trade and supply chain — building systems that had to perform under real pressure, across borders, cultures and time zones. I have lived and worked in 8 countries. That experience taught me one thing: clarity and structure are not luxuries. They are survival tools. I brought that same thinking to my own reinvention — and now I bring it to yours.
